Merit Ford is locally owned/managed by me > Joel Mryglod, Hello WORLD! I am originally from Weyburn, Saskatchewan but have lived in Carlyle since 1995 where my family owned and operated the Dairy Queen in town for 20+ years. After I finished studying and completing my Commerce Degree in Victoria British Columbia my wife and I moved back to Carlyle as there is no better place in the world to raise a family! We take a lot of pride in our local roots but are also grateful to have an amazing partnership with the Birchwood Automotive Group who have and continue to support us in achieving our big picture goals.

I am personally so grateful for the opportunity to help serve our community in what I feel is a vital way. Without a reliable vehicle in rural Saskatchewan the way we live would be a real challenge. Without the options of public transport, I recognize that you rely on your vehicles to help you get to work, the rink, the ball diamond or take a break and head up to the lakes.
